now press the Clear key will the memory content be deleted

6.5.4 Sleep mode

For long-term monitoring with more prolonged cycles (i.e. longer than two minu-

tes) the measuring instrument can be operated in sleep mode. In energy-sa-

ving sleep mode the measuring instrument is switched off after each measuring

point scan (please note when using sensors with power supply !) and switched

on again automatically after the cycle expires ready for the next measuring

point scan. In this way with just one battery 10000 to 30000 measuring point

scans can be performed (depending on the number of measuring points and

the conversion rate); for a cycle lasting 15 minutes this represents a useful life

of between 100 and 300 days.

To perform data recording in sleep mode carry out the following steps:

1. Enter a cycle lasting at least two minutes (s.6.3.2):

The symbol with three lines means that sleep mode is switched off.
